Lee Min Jung Braves Stormy Weather for Make-A-Wish Foundation

Make-A-Wish Foundation ambassador, actress Lee Min Jung braved the heavy rains on July 27th to visit with terminally ill children in a Seoul hospital.

The “Midas” and “Smile, You” star led in the distribution of gifts the Foundation has prepared to cheer and encourage the young cancer patients.  Her visit created a warm atmosphere in the pediatric ward, especially amidst the stormy weather. 

“I wish we could fight and hopefully get through this illness,” Lee Min Jung is quoted to have said at the event.

Lee was only recently appointed the spokesperson for Korea’s Make-A-Wish.  Earlier in the month, she participated in a photo shoot with some of the Foundation’s children.

Make-A-Wish Foundation is a non-profit organization that seeks to give hope, courage and joy to children with life-threatening diseases by granting their wishes.
