Supernova Lands First Korean CF in 2 Years with "Talent Cosmetic"

It’s been a long time coming, but Supernova seems to have finally landed a big time contract after making achievements left and right in Japan. 

Supernova recently flew back home to attend the photo shoot for their latest endorsement contract with luxury make-up brand “Talent Cosmetic.” The contract is estimated to be worth around 500 million won ($500,000 USD). The brand is a popular high-end brand that has several stores in the Seoul area. 

Considering the fact that their first and last Korean CF was with SNSD in 2007 for “Elite,” a school uniform brand, this is good news for the group.

In related news, the cosmetics industry seems to be taking wind of the global Hallyu boom, as they’ve all begun to bring in popular Hallyu idols to market their brand overseas. Supernova is just one of several dozen idols, including T-ara and TVXQ, modeling for cosmetic brands like Tony Moly and Missha.
