RaNia to Perform at "Suara Kami 2011 Concert" in Malaysia

RaNia is schedule to perform at the youth concert “Suara Kami 2011 Concert” by Astro in Malaysia on September 17.

According to Henry Tan, Chief Operating Officer of Astro Malaysia, “Suara Kami 2011 Concert” is to celebrate the spirit of Malaysian youth. It coincides with the significance of Malaysia Day and the event also marks “15 years of Astro with you” – the valuable customers. We are making it a double celebration with international and local artists to entertain all Malaysian youth”.

Malaysia is known to be strict on performer’s dress code and the organizer has given assurances that they already informed RaNia management on this matter.

RaNia will join the stage with other hot names from the international music arena including award winning playback singers from India, Naresh Iyer and Chinmayi; popular Canto pop singer from Hong Kong, Hins Cheung and some from the local music scene such as  like Hujan, Yuna, Faizal Tahir, Pop Shuvit, Psychounit Rabbit, Soul Krazy, Ruffneckz, Stacy, Altimet, DJ Fuzz, and legendary Rock Guitarist Collaboration – Man Kidal, Joe Wings, Kit Search and Hiliary Ang featuring Lan Typewriter.

The coolest youth concert will be held at Merdeka Stadium in Kuala Lumpur from 7pm until 10:30pm. Admission to the concert is free and ticket reservations are available on the website. Lookout for ticket giveaways on their Facebook and twitter.

To those that can’t make it to the venue it will be aired live on few channels on 8.30pm. For international viewers, there will also be live streaming on the website.
