Who Wore It Better: Jung Ryeo Won vs. Jessica Gomez

The body is the world’s largest clothes hanger. Different body types produce different looks, even with the same piece of apparel.

The “I” line actress Jung Ryeo Won and “S” line actress Jessica Gomez were seen wearing the same dress. Jung Ryeo Won for a press conference for the movie “Pain”, and Jessica Gomez for the September issue of “Instyle”.

The difference in body shapes gave two sides to this look.

The dress that both lovely ladies wore is from Miu Miu‘s 2011 Fall/Winter collection. It stops at the knees, and is therefore called a “middy dress”. The flowered detailing on the shoulder lines is the highlighting feature. Pleats accentuate the hips, making the waist appear curvy. It is priced at around $500.

Jung Ryeo Won gave an adult like feeling to the look. A retro waved updo gave off a sophisticated image. The length of the dress and the high waist had a feminine feeling. Something that a first lady would wear, perhaps. Because of her very thin frame, her shoulders were outlined at the top. She added a classic black leather watch with a thin bracelet for accessories.

On the other hand, Jessica Gomez appeared sexy in the dress, even though the dress wasn’t revealing. Her perfect “S” line body filled out all the right places. The lovely mask that she had as an accessory, paired with her covered eye, gave her a mysterious aura. She had on a large, bold ring on each finger.

Who do you think pulled this look off better? Both ladies look gorgeous but I think Jessica’s curves got this one.
