Super Junior's Siwon Donates Two Tons Of Rice To The Needy
On September 22, Super Junior‘s Choi Siwon donated 2 tons of rice to Chung Dong Church in Seoul, which is enough to feed one meal to 17,000 people.
This donated rice is for the the Chung Dong Church’s program to sponsor community relief centers, soup kitchens, underfed children, sick elderlys, handicaps and other people who are going through hardships.
The rice is from Siwon’s fans from eight different countries, who presented the rice to him at the “Poseidon” press conference on September 15.
During the press conference, despite his business, Siwon took time to take pictures of the 60 or so bags of rice that his fans sent him with his phone and posted it on his Twitter to show his appreciation.
