JYJ's Jaejoong's Sty Infection Will Not Affect "Protect the Boss" Filming

Kim Jaejoong, member of group JYJ, has revealed via his official Twitter account that he was struck by stye infection.

He wrote on his twitter, “Because of sty infection my eye isn’t in a good condition… I am sensitive… Edgy.” He also added a picture of himself, reading a script while covering one eye with a spoon.

Representatives of Jaejoong revealed, “Kim Jaejoong went to the hospital and was examined. He took medicine and was given an injection so that on screen it would not be very visible. It seems that due to continued filming, he was fatigued—and that is the cause of his infection.”

The recent infection raised concern and questions for SBS‘s “Protect the Boss” filming. However, his representatives have also stated, “There will not be any effect on the drama filming.”

The final episode of the highly popular drama series, whose cast includes Choi Kang Hee, Ji Sung, and Wang Jihye, will air on September 29.
