Simon D's First Solo Album to be Released on October 7
Simon D will be releasing a solo album after three years of his debut as Supreme Team. Because there are many obstacles to overcome, it is too early to celebrate. He feels pressure for having so much responsibility. Simon D gained his initial popularity as an underground singer by the name of “Simon Dominic” yet remained unknown to the general public. He is more famous as the entertainer “Ssamdi” than as the artist.
His main concern is leading new singers such as “Rhythm Power,” an upcoming group that will debut next year.
Due to his lung problem, Supreme Team member E-Sens had to temporarily stop all the activities. He will go through an in-depth medical examination. Currently Simon D is performing alone for the previously scheduled concert dates.
According to his company Amoeba Culture, “Simon D doesn’t show it, but he must be mentally and physically burnout due to the heavy schedule. He has been producing his solo album for past eight months and knows how he wants to perform. He seems very confident.”
“Simon D wants to give back to the next generation of singers what he received from his career. We are grateful for his proposal to collaborate with Rhythm Power before we brought up the idea,” explained his company.
“We are sorry that E-Sens will not be able to perform for Supreme Team’s upcoming concerts, however, we are preparing for Rhythm Power’s future concerts.”
Simon D worked with fellow rapper Loptimist on his first solo album, which will be released on the midnight of October 7.
