Red Carpet Event: The 48th Daejong Film Festival

On the evening of October 17, the 48th Daejong Film Festival was opened at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts in Gwanghwamun, Seoul.

Some of the most famous movie stars attended this glamorous red carpet event including Kim Ha Neul, Won Bin, Kim Hye Soo, Cha Tae Hyun, Lee Min Jung, Moon Chae Won, Choi Daniel, Yoo Hae Jin, Bae Jong Wook, Lee Jae Hoon, Kim Ji Woo, Seo Young Hee and many more. 

Shin Hyun Joon and Jang Seo Hee were the emcess of this event and artists such as SNSD, Park Jung Hyun and Sung Shi Kyung performed a congratulatory stage. 

The nominated films for the Best Movie Award include, “The Front Line,” “The Unjust,” “Sunny,” “War of the Arrows,” and “The Yellow Sea.” 

For Best Actor, the nominees were Lee Soon Jae (“I Love You“), Park Hae Il (“War of the Arrows”), Yoon Kye Sang (“Poongsan“), Cha Tae Hyun (“Hello Ghost“) and Kim Yoon Suk (“The Yellow Sea”).

The nominees for Best Actress were Kim Ha Neul (“Blind“), Bae Jong Wook (“The Most Beautiful Separation In The World“), Kim Hye Soo (“Villian & Widow“), Choi Kang Hee (“Petty Romance“) and Yoon So Jung (“I Love You”).

The 48th Daejong Film Festival will air on KBS at 7:40 PM on October 17.
