Kang Ji Young Explains Her School Bully Rumor

Kara’s maknae Kang Ji Young finally explained about her iljin (school bully) rumors that stirred up in her hometown.

Kang Ji Young clarified on MBC’s “Golden Fishery – Radio Star” that she did hang out and belong in a popular clique but did not bully or physically harm other friends and students.

During the show Kang Ji Young denied rumors that she was an iljin in her hometown and laughed off the rumor that she made fellow sunbae Chae Ri Na shake in fear in front of her.

The singer continued, “I don’t even have one picture of evidence or proof so I don’t know how the rumor started. However I never hurt friends or took money from them.”

There have been online rumors of Kang Ji Young being an infamous high school clique member in the area of Paju, where she grew up in, especially right after her debut as a Kara member.
