SNSD's Taeyeon Admits, "Infinite Is One of the Idol Groups That I Observe Closely"
SNSD’s Taeyeon chose Infinite as one of her junior (hoo-bae) male groups that she observes closely.
On November 7, SNSD were the guests for the SBS radio show, “Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time,” and shared their honest and personal stories as one of the leading Hallyu girl groups.
When the DJ, Choi Hwa Jung asked, “It’s been a long time since you’ve made a comeback. Do any of the newer groups have a hard time being around you?” the girls replied, “Yes, many of the newer groups think of us uncomfortably and difficultly so they greet us with very loud voices and bow down to us at a 90 degree angle.”
Choi Hwa Jung continued, “Then can’t you act warm and friendly toward them?” To that, Sunny humbly replied, “It’s only been four years since our debut too so instead of receiving those bows, we think it’s more appropriate for us to be bowing with them.”
Finally, Choi Hwa Jung asked, “Are there any junior male groups that you observe closely these days?” and Taeyeon answered, “I think Infinite is very good. It’s so good to see them always working so hard.” Then Choi Hwa Jung followed up with, “Then how about a second group?” and Taeyeon wittily answered, “Can I say Infinite again?”
During the show, SNSD gave much laughter to the listeners as they shared many stories from their promotion preparations and activities.
