JYJ Sells 70,000 Copies of Special Edition Album "In Heaven"

On November 30, C-JeS Entertainment revealed that JYJ had exceeded 70,000 unit sales for the special edition of their official Korean album, “In Heaven.”

The special edition was released on November 21 and includes not only the original album, which was released in September and sold 250,000 copies, but also the additions of the remix versions of “Get Out” and “In Heaven,” and extra music video DVDs.

The remix versions of the two songs will be available for digital download starting December 1. “Get Out” is described to have made an electronic dance transformation by a famous DJ who has worked with the likes of Seo Taiji and the Brown Eyed Girls. “In Heaven,” on the other hand, has undergone an acoustic guitar makeover with a pop ballad feel and rock elements.

Officials of C-JeS Entertainment were proud to reveal that it’s an exceptional case for a special edition album to sell 70,000 copies. Fans that were unable to purchase it the first time are making consistent requests for more releases.

JYJ recently wrapped up concerts in Barcelona and Berlin and are currently taking part in the “Mango Tree Project,” a collaborative charity with “Elle” magazine for Sudanese children.
