Yoo Ji Tae Receives Special Invitation from Designer Brand Ferragamo

Newlywed actor Yoo Ji Tae received a special invitation from world-renown luxury fashion brand Salvatore Ferragamo. According to local news agencies, Yoo Ji Tae is to participate in the “Shoes for a Star” project and is set to visit the Ferragamo headquarters in Italy.

Yoo Ji Tae is the first South Korean actor to receive such an invitation to the project. Ferragamo’s “Shoes for a Star” involves the selection of the best actors of the generation and the creation of a special shoe specifically chosen for each of them. To do this, the actor is asked to visit the Ferragamo headquarters in Florence, Italy, in order to get his feet measured.

Yoo Ji Tae is also working closely with Ferragamo designers in the specifics of his shoes. Reports say he has chosen a dark gray color for the leather of his special-edition footwear.

The actor was also in Milan on January 15 to attend the Ferragamo Men’s 2012 Fall-Winter Collection show and met with creative director Massimilliano Giornetti afterwards.

Yoo Ji Tae was lately in the limelight for getting married with fellow thespian Kim Hyo Jin in early December.
