SNSD’s Taeyeon and Seohyun to Replace Yuri on MBC “Music Core”

SNSD fans were disappointed to hear Yuri bid farewell on last week’s episode of MBC “Music Core.” But it turns out they found a good replacement as it was just announced Seohyun and Taeyeon will join the show starting from this week.

“Taeyeon and Seohyun will come in place of Yuri’s MC spot. With the current host Tiffany, they will form a three-member MC team,” Park Suk Won, the main producer of “Music Core” told TV Report.

This, in fact, is not Taeyeon and Seohyun’s first MC appearance on “Music Core,” as they’ve hosted the show several times in the past as special MCs. But the cast this time won’t be a one-timer.

“This is not a temporary special MC casting. They will host the show regularly starting from this week,” the main producer was quoted as saying.

Meanwhile, Yuri left “Music Core” last week due to her busy schedule. She is currently busy filming for her new TV drama, “Fashion King,” which will start airing this March.
