"Love Rain's" Son Eun Seo's Embarrassing Moment at the Press Conference

Upcoming melodrama “Love Rain” held its press conference yesterday, March 22, at the Lotte Hotel in Seoul. Actors Jang Geun Suk, YoonA (Girls’ Generation), Son Eun Seo, Kim Shi Hoo, Lee Mi Sook, Jung Jin Young, Kim Young Kwang, Hwang Bora, Seo In Kook, and director Yoon Seok Ho attended the event and expressed their confidence and strong belief that “Love Rain” will become the next hallyu classic.

Actress Son Eun Seo, more known as Super Junior’s Donghae’s other half in “We Got Married,” surprised both reporters and netizens by wearing a dramatic see-through skirt that displayed her long legs. She matched a green floral blouse with a short-swimwear-like-bottom that was layered with a sheer black fabric. However, the actress appeared uneasy and awkward, looking uncomfortable in the daring skirt.

Unfortunately, the photographers managed to capture an embarrassing moment for the actress. The cameras were able to catch the clothing tag still attached to the skirt inside the sheer lining.

In “Love Rain,” Son Eun Seo takes on the role of 1970s Baek Hye Jeong, the beautiful campus goddess. She will complete the love triangle with Seo In Ha (Jang Geun Suk) and Kim Yoon Hee (YoonA).

During the press conference, Jang Geun Suk also revealed his “favorite” Girls’ Generation member and YoonA talked about her “rivalry” with fellow member Yuri. 

“Love Rain” is a melo-love story set in two different periods – the 1970s and 2012. Jang Geun Suk and YoonA play Seo In Ha and Kim Yoon Hee, two college students who fall in love with each other in the 1970s; unfortunately, the two do not get their happily ever after. Fast forward to the present, Seo Joon, In Ha’s son (also played by Jang Geun Suk) meets and falls in love with Ha Na, Yoon Hee’s daughter (also played by YoonA). Jang Geun Suk’s 1970s Seo In Ha is a romantic arts student who is willing to lay down his life for the love of his life. His son Seo Joon, on the other hand, is a carefree photographer who enjoys a freewheeling lifestyle. YoonA’s 1970s Kim Yoon Hee is a pure, elegant “campus goddess,” while her daughter Ha Na is a bright and lovable character. Check out the preview here with subs!

Director Yoon Seok Ho and writer Oh Soo Yeon, the masterminds behind the sensational melodramas “Winter Sonata” and “Autumn in my Heart” have teamed up once again to produce “Love Rain.” With the combination of Jang Geun Suk, YoonA, director Yoon Seok Ho, and writer Oh Soo Yeon, it doesn’t come as a surprise that “Love Rain” has already secured a Japanese broadcaster.

“Love Rain” will premiere on KBS on March 26 at 9:55PM KST.
