HyunA: "I Gained Weight"

During a recent interview with Mnet “Wide Entertainment New,” 4minute’s HyunA made an “inconsiderate” remark that surprised her fans and netizens. She stated, “I gained weight.”

HyunA revealed,” I really like eating a lot and stress eat. However, I feel burdened because people pay a lot of attention to my figure. So whenever I’m in the middle of promotions, I get stressed easily if I bloat even the slightest bit.”

She also talked about small measures she takes to keep the pounds off. HyunA continued, “I use the stairs instead of the elevator and try to tell myself to suppress that craving, and it helps me a lot.

Additionally, HyunA shared her tips to taking great selcas, “Find your side profile that you’re confident about, find a place with bright lighting, and slightly tilt your camera upwards.”
