SISTAR’s Hyorin Almost Formed Group with Secret and EXID Members

On April 2, SISTAR’s Hyorin revealed that she almost had formed a group with Secret’s Song Ji Eun and EXID’s Yooji prior to her debut with SISTAR.

During the Monday episode of “Come to Play,” Hyorin said, “Ever since I was a kid, people around me always said I’m good at singing, so I started to go on auditions. I once had a chance to audition for JYP Entertainment, and received the #1 award.”

She continued, “After a year, we almost formed a group with Secret’s Song Ji Eun and EXID’s Yooji, but the plan abruptly got cancelled. We part ways and worked our way up separately, and were able to debut under different groups.”

Yoo Jae Suk followed up by asking if Hyorin and Suzy ever trained together when they were with JYPE. While Suzy answered she did remember seeing Hyorin several times, Hyorin said she never saw her. The conversation started to get a bit awkward, but right then, Kim Na Young jumped in and asked if it was because Suzy went through a lot of plastic surgeries, causing the guests to erupt in laughter.
