MBC to Air "The Greatest Love" Again as a Daily Special

MBC’s “The Greatest Love” gets another life as the drama is set to go back on air. According to reports in local news agencies, the 2011 drama starring Gong Hyo Jin and Cha Seung Won is slated for a rerun on MBC as a daily special.

“The Greatest Love” will be aired in 30-minute segments. It is a temporary replacement for a vacant time slot that was supposed to have been filled but is mired in delays because of the ongoing MBC strike.

“The Greatest Love,” about the relationship between a has-been former idol and a top star, was written by well-known romantic comedy scenarists Hong Jung Eun and Hong Mi Ran, more commonly known as the Hong Sisters.

“The Greatest Love” reruns start at 8:15 PM from May 21 to 25.
