T-ara's First Official Japanese Album Reaches #2 on Oricon Album Chart

T-ara‘s first official Japanese album “Jewelry Box” reached the #2 spot on the Oricon Chart!

The details on the Oricon Music Chart reveal that T-ara sold 23,000 copies of  “Jewelry Box” on the first day it was released, earning them the #2 spot!

T-ara released their first Japanese album “Jewelry Box” yesterday featuring Japanese versions of their hit songs “Bo Peep Bo Peep“, “YaYaYa“, “Roly Poly” and “Lovey Dovey.”

In fact, “Jewelry Box” since the 19th of last month has making a record number of preliminary sales, rising to the #1 spot for album sales on the reputable Japanese Tower Records website.

Despite their busy schedule with promoting their album abroad in Japan, T-ara is due for another hotly anticipated comeback just next month with their newest member Dani to complete their nine member group.
