Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung Disses Jessica’s First Pitch?!

Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung and Yoon Do Hyun officially took over the reins from Yoo In Na and Seo Kyung Suk as the new MCs of SBS “One Night of TV Entertainment” yesterday, June 6. During last night’s episode, the reporters looked back on some of the most memorable celebrity ceremonial first pitches at baseball games. As such, the segment also featured Jessica’s throw, which made headlines around the world.

Regarding fellow Girls’ Generation member Jessica, Sooyoung humorously commented, “I’m kind of proud of her because I don’t think we’ll ever see a throw like that in the next ten years,” causing the set to burst into laughter. She also expressed her wish to have the opportunity to throw the first pitch at a baseball game.

Meanwhile, Sooyoung is currently busy with various television appearances aside from “One Night of TV Entertainment.” As previously reported, she recently made a cameo appearance in weekend series “A Gentleman’s Dignity,” and she’s also been cast in a new medical drama, “The Third Hospital,” alongside Kim Seung Woo, Oh Ji Ho, and Kim Min Jung.
