2PM's "Beautiful" Reaches #1 on Tower Record Weekly Single Chart

2PM’s 4^th Japanese single album “Beautiful” reached #1 on the Tower Record weekly single chart and #2 on the Oricon weekly single chart. Also, the 2PM’s Arena tour DVD that was released with the single reached #1 on the Tower Record DVD weekly chart.

The song “Beautiful” was used a theme song for a famous Japanese advertisement and received a lot of interest.

When “Beautiful” was first released on June 6, it sold 140,000 copies within a week.

JYP Entertainment stated, “Currently 2PM is receiving a lot of love in Japan, for their concerts that were back to back for 6 days (plus extra concerts) there was a total of 84,000 who came to see them perform.
