JYJ and SM Entertainment's Exclusivity Contract Lawsuit Decision Date Pushed Back Again to August 10

Phew, when will the situation be resolved? It has been nearly 3 years and the lawsuit regarding the exclusivity contract between JYJ and SM Entertainment is still not resolved! The final decision was supposed to be made by the Seoul Central Court on July 19 at 10am. However, SM Entertainment has asked to change the date, and the decision was pushed back to August 10.

On July, 2009, the JYJ members brought a lawsuit against SM Entertainment asking the court to “End the effect of the unfair exclusivity contract.” In 2011 beginning from May, both sides have tried to come to an agreement. The court date was switched nearly 6 times.
