f(x)’s Sulli Resembles SHINee’s Taemin?

f(x)’s Sulli shared an unreleased photo of herself with short hair. On July 31, she wrote on her me2day, “Short hair is best for the summer! Do you want to cut your hair as well? Please support ‘To the Beautiful You’s’ Goo Jae Hee. This is an unreleased cut from my past ‘Vogue Girl’ photoshoot,” and attached the photo.

As previously reported, the singer has been busy filming her new SBS drama “To the Beautiful You” with labelmate SHINee’s Minho. In the series, she impersonates a male student in order to get close with her idol athlete. As such, Sulli cut off her long locks and showed off her new short, boyish haircut. Netizens commented, “Sulli looks good in any style,” “Is it just me or does she look like Taemin?” “She looks great,” and more.

Meanwhile, “To the Beautiful You,” is about Goo Jae Hee (Sulli), an extreme fan girl of champion high-jumper Kang Tae Joong (Minho), who tries to make a comeback from a career-threatening injury. To help revive his career, Jae Hee impersonates a boy to attend Tae Joon’s all-boy high school. The original manga had a Japanese drama created in 2007, as well as a Taiwanese version produced in 2006. Both versions were extremely popular, and many international fans are showing great interest in the Korean remake.

“To the Beautiful You” will premiere on August 15 on SBS.
