2PM’s Nichkhun Makes a Settlement with Motorcyclist He Hit

On August 2, a representative of 2PM’s agency JYP Entertainment stated, “On July 31, Nichkhun and the motorcyclist involved in the accident came to an agreement and made a settlement.”

Although a settlement has been reached things are not over yet. The representative continued, “We will go through with the other procedures and if there are extra police investigations we will comply. A police investigation is planned on August 3. As it was previously announced, Nichkhun will continue to take some time off.

Nichkhun DUI accident occurred on July 24 at 2:30am. JYP Entertainment stated in a press release that they would respect Nichkhun’s wishes and give him time off for self-reflection. Nichkhun will not be appearing at the Japanese and South Korean JYP Nation concerts. Future scheduled events will also be adjusted.
