Compilation of Teaser Stills from Lee Min Ho's Upcoming Drama "Faith"

With less than a week until the grand premiere of SBS’s new fantasy series, “Faith,” starring Lee Min Ho and Kim Hee Sun, we decided to put together a compilation the teaser stills that have been released so far.

“Faith” tells the story of a present day doctor, Yoo Eun Soo who meets a strange man dressed as a warrior who takes her back  660 years in history.  The two will work to help shape King Gongmin into the true king he should be. During the journey, Yoo Eun Soo and the warrior, Choi Young, fall in love that transcends time and space.

SBS will air the pilot episode of “Faith” on Monday, August 13, at 9:55PM KST.

As the most skilled warrior in Koryeo and the King’s escort, General Choi Young (Lee Min Ho) looks tough and confident in his warrior garb.

Choi Young and Yoo Eun Soo (Kim Hee Sun) have their first encounter. Sent to 2012 to find the “doctor from the heavens,” he meets Eun Soo, who he believes is the “one.” He kidnaps her to take her back to Koryeo with him.

Lost and confused, Yoo Eun Soo walks through the streets of Koryeo. Dressed in her modern western clothes and heels, she draws in a crowd. She also holds out her cell phone, hoping find a signal.

Yoo Eun Soo desperately tries to conduct surgery in the Koryeo Dynasty, using her modern tools.

Yoon Soo narrowly escapes captivity by hiding at a clothing store in the Koryeo Dynasty.

A strange, anachronistic sight, Choi Young holds up a modern police shield while dressed in his traditional warrior suit.

When he’s not using his sword, Choi Young takes solace in naps. His hobby is sleeping and specialty is taking falling asleep wherever and whenever he can.

Jang Bin (Lee Phillip) is Koryeo’s finest physician who learned medicine in India. He’s described as a cold and charismatic doctor, who is also multitalented.

Skilled in martial arts, Jang Bin is also a swift and strong fighter and can disarm his opponent using a fan.

King Gongmin (Ryu Duk Hwan) peers down on his kingdom before making an important decision that will severely affect his people.

General Choi Young’s unit includes Kim Jong Moon (Oh Dae Man), Jung Yoo Chan (Joo Suk), and Yoon Kyu Sang. Their main duty is to protect King Gongmin as he develops into a good and wise king of the people.

Chum Eum Ja is a deadly assassin who uses his long flute to slay his opponents.
