JYJ’s Jaejoong Misses Appearing on Music Shows

JYJ’s Jaejoong recently sat down for an exclusive interview with MyDaily and revealed his inner thoughts about not being able to perform on weekly music shows.

Jaejoong was first asked, “You haven’t been able to perform on music shows for a long time. What does it feel like to see other artists appear on them?”

“So they are appearing?” he said, with a short pause. “Yes, I do want to appear (on those shows). When I talk to other younger artists, it feels like JYJ has somehow become this weird creature. It’s almost like we’ve become strange to them. Since they can’t see us on TV that often, they find it awkward to meet us in real life. I heard when JYJ releases an album or a new song, they download and listen to it first,” he added.

Jaejoong went on to list the artists he’s been keeping an eye on lately. “Our manager really likes SISTAR, so I’ve been listening to them a lot. I like their songs. From the boy groups, I like BEAST’s new song. I also saw their ‘Inkigayo’ stage.”

At the end of the interview, Jaejoong hinted at the possibility of coming back with a new album by the first half of next year. We hope by then JYJ will solve their issues and get back on music show stages!
