Shin Min Ah to Sing for "Arang and the Magistrate" OST

Shin Min Ah shows off another one of her many talents in “Arang and the Magistrate.” According to reports in local news agencies, the actress, who also plays one of the leads in the drama, is set to contribute a song to its soundtrack.

Simply titled “Arang’s Song,” the track is a ballad with an oriental melody and a beautiful arrangement that tells the sad situation of Shin Min Ah’s character Arang, a ghost looking for the reason behind her unfortunate death.

A photo of her at the recording was recently released. Reports also said her voice suited the song well.

Representatives of the drama said, “From the beginning, we have thought of having Shin Min Ah sing the song, and she embraced it willingly. As Arang, her dreamy voice and her sad situation has given birth to a perfect song.”

“Arang and the Magistrate” airs on MBC on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
