Photos of “When PSY Was Skinny” Surface Online

Recently, old photos of PSY under the title, “When PSY Was Skinny,” surfaced on online community boards, giving a glimpse into what the star singer/rapper looked like in the past.

The photos are screenshots of a 2006 video from MBC’s variety show “Happiness in 10,000 Won.” The video is part of Lee Jung Hyun’s segment where she delivers food to artists in waiting rooms, and she happens to visit PSY’s room.

PSY in the video looks clearly slimmer and younger, as it’s been almost six years since the video was filmed. Netizens were particularly impressed by his sharp jaw line and small face compared to his current look.

Netizens commented, “I always thought PSY was fat for some reason,” “Wow, he actually looks hot here,” and “PSY for President!”

Meanwhile, PSY is currently in the U.S. to visit family and attend business meetings. One of the meetings was with Scooter Braun, the representative for Justin Bieber, and it was reported that PSY received an offer to release a U.S. single with “Gangnam Style.”
