Han Hyo Joo Is The Woman Who Would Be Queen in Vogue Pictorial [Updated with 5 more pictures!]

A pictorial featuring actress Han Hyo Joo in fashion magazine “Vogue Korea” has been publicized.

The pictorial shows a different side of Han Hyo Joo in ink wash-like photographs swathed in ruffles, bows, and bustles.

In the upcoming September release of movie “Gwanghae: The Man Who Became King” (the movie’s other English name is “Masquerade”) which stars Lee Byung Hun who plays the titular role of King Gwanghae and a second role as beggar Hasun who was found to play the king if need should arise, actress Han Hyo Joo plays his queen who struggles with the secret, and is by turns angry and sad.

The photo shoot played with a concept similar to Han Hyo Joo’s role in the movie, by having Han Hyo Joo portray an angry queen, who is sad and laughter-less, beautiful and grief-stricken.

Han Hyo Joo’s pictorial will be featured in the September issue of “Vogue Korea.”  To preview the photographs, don’t forget to click through the gallery on Soompi.  You can also find more information about movie “Gwanghae: The Man Who Became King” (also known as “Masquerade”) on the Soompi Forums!
