G-Dragon Reveals New Teaser + Single Release Date

G-Dragon revealed the release date and a new teaser image for his upcoming solo track!

On August 28, YG Entertainment’s official blog site, YG-Life, posted a photo of G-Dragon that says, “G-Dragon, New Single & M/V Release 0901,” indicating the September 1 release of his new single and music video.

It also included the title of the track, which roughly translates to, “That XX.” The song is composed by Teddy, G-Dragon, and Seo Won Jin, and has lyrics written by G-Dragon and Teddy.

The accompanying photo of G-Dragon shows the Big Bang leader sitting on a vintage couch with his blonde hair slicked back for a much cleaner image than his cornrow looks in the “One of a Kind” MV.

His latest MV “One of a Kind” was the first MV release from his upcoming album. Reports say it won’t be his title track, and will only serve as a promotional video, which explains why he didn’t release it as a digital single.
