FT Island's Hong Ki Posts Selca of His "M! Countdown" Manicure

A photograph of FT Island member and actor Lee Hong Ki’s new manicure has been posted online.  In honor of becoming the new MC for cable channel Mnet’s music program “M! Countdown,” Lee Hong Ki had a special “M! Countdown” manicure done.

On August 30, idol and actor Lee Hong Ki assumes his duties as MC for “M! Countdown” and will also have a special stage.  Lee Hong Ki will be singing singer Boa’s hit song “No. 1.” Boa was the first Korean artist to reach the number one spot on Japanese music sales chart Oricon.  The song has meaning as one of the first songs which started international K-pop fever.

Rocker Lee Hong Ki said that he would sing the dance pop song “No. 1” in his own confident style.  Lee Hong Ki will also be reinterpreting DBSK’s hit song “Mirotic” and ballad singer Shin Seung Hun’s “I Believe” in his own unique style.
