Save the Date! The 7th Annual Kollaboration New York Show Is Coming Up Fast!

Kollaboration New York is back for it seventh year, brining you the the nation’s best talent showcase for rising Asian American performing artists. This year’s show will take place on Friday, September 21, at the Skirball Center for the Performing Arts at NYU and will be hosted by comedian Jen Kwok.

Seven acts will compete for the chance to win a grand prize of $1,000, a chance to perform at the Kollaboration Global Show in Los Angeles, and a chance to open for YouTube sensations David Choi and Clara Chung’s New York stop. The competitors include singer-songwriters  Justin Kim, Izzy Salinel, John Quiwa, Bea Go, and John-Flor Sisante, as well as dance crews UFP and the Mooks.

The 7th Kollaboration New York will also include four special guest performers, including singer-songwriter Gabe Bondoc, Mitchel Grey, 2nd place winners of the World of Dance NY 2012 Wanted Ashiqz, and the MC of the night Jen Kwok.

Tickets are on sale at www.kollaborationnewyork.org/tickets. General admission tickets are $20, while VIP tickets are $40. VIP ticket holders will receive preferred VIP seating, meet and greet performers and finalists, and go through an express VIP entrance to the show and after party.
