Based on a famous manhwa, “Bridal Mask” is set in the 1930s during the Japanese occupation of Korea. The story is about a man named Lee Kang To (Joo Won), an ordinary man by day and a masked avenger by night. He wears a traditional Korean bridal mask as he fights for Korea’s independence. Initially, he was a pro-Japanese police officer who later inherited the role as the masked freedom fighter following his brother’s death. The OST includes songs by Ulala Session, 4men, Gavi NJ, and lead actor Joo Won.

In season two, Kirin Arts High School has fallen from its top arts academy status into dire financial straits and is in danger of closing. This season follows a new group of students after the previous group graduated, including Kang Sora, Jinwoon (2AM), Jiyeon (T-ara), Hyorin (SISTAR), Ailee, and more. The school is taken over by OZ Entertainment Agency, who transfers their own idol stars over to the school to avoid the law that prohibits underage entertainers from performing after 10PM. Competition arises between the troubled students of Kirin and the newly transferred idols from OZ.
