Psy Invited to the VMAs

Latest-sensation Psy has been invited to attend the highly esteemed MTV Video Music Awards (VMA).

The awards show is set to take place on September 6 at the Los Angeles Staples Center in California and is to be broadcasted live.

Even though he’s not a nominee for any awards or performing at the show, there is much significance in just attending. Previously, singer Rain has attended the VMAs in 2005 as a VIP artist.

He will be rubbing shoulders with many of today’s most influential artists at the awards like Rihanna, Drake, Katy Perry, M.I.A, Gotye, Carly Rae Jepsen, One Direction, Alicia Keys amongst others.

Psy has been busy attending to his schedules after meeting up with Justin Bieber’s agency in LA on August 25. He has shot many advertisements and is now filming as judge on Mnet’s “Superstar K 4.”

He is currently in the world’s spotlight with his video “Gangnam Style” and has already amassed 97,600,000 viewers. His newest goal is to achieve 100,000,000 views.
