Infinite's Hoya Transforms Into A Doctor for “Answer Me 1997”

Hoya will make a transformation on cable channel tvN drama “Answer Me 1997” as Dr. Kang Joon Hee. He will put his flashy stage outfits and boyband hair on hold to place on doctor gowns and… no wait, he still keeps his boyband hair.

On August 31, a crew member revealed a picture of Hoya wearing a clean, white doctor’s gown. He looks a little tired, but still poses cutely for the camera.

In the drama, Kang Joon Hee has been accepted to Seoul University’s Medical School because he was one of the top students in his high school. Fast forward to the year 2012 and he has become a surgeon. Sung Shi Won (Jung Eun Ji) has recently graduated from university and became a broadcasting writer. A scene unfolds where Yoon Yoon Jae (Seo In Gook) is immaculately dressed and runs into Shi Won at a coffee shop. It’s been revealed that Kang Joon Hee will make a reappearance as a doctor.

A crew member stated that Hoya and Seo In Gook were filming together and Hoya was seen wearing a doctor’s gown with his character’s name “Kang Joon Hee.”

On September 4, “Answer Me 1997” will air it’s 13th episode titled “Next time… I mean, now” and 14th episode “Love Cools.”
