"Answer Me 1997" Actor Seo In Gook's New MBC Weekend Drama "Rascal Sons" Will Premiere on September 22

MBC weekend drama “Rascal Sons” will premiere on September 22 and follows the ups and downs of a family with three sons played by Lee Sung Jae, Ryu Soo Young, and Seo In Gook.  The cast has already completed their script readings and started filming for the drama.   

Lee Sung Jae, from 2012 jTBC drama “A Wife’s Credentials” and 2011 KBS drama “Poseidon,” plays the role of Yoo Hyun Gi who is the eldest son and a single dad.  Yoo Hyun Gi becomes interested in Sung In Ok, played by Myung Se Bin, who is a single mom. 

Ryu Soo Young, from 2011 KBS drama “Ojakgyo Brothers” and 2011 MBC drama “My Princess,” plays the role of middle son Yoo Min Gi who is a fantasy novelist and a free spirit.  Yoo Min Gi falls in love with Lee Sin Yeong, played by Han Hye Rin, who also happens to be dating his friend. 

Seo In Gook, from 2012 tvN drama “Answer Me 1997” and 2012 KBS drama “Love Rain,” plays the role of the youngest son of three named Yoo Seung Gi.  Yoo Seung Gi married his wife Park Mi Rim in a shotgun wedding, played by Yoon Se In, due to an unplanned pregnancy, but the two have marital problems because of Yoo Seung Gi’s constant cheating.  Child actor Hong Eun Taek plays their son.      

Veteran actress Na Mun Hee and actor Park In Hwan play the parents of the three sons.
