PSY Meets Betty White

Psy recently documented meeting the charismatic American tv personality and comedian, Betty White with the following tweet, “I met the legendary ‘Betty White.’ How come she knows me!! lol.”  

He also uploaded a picture of the two posing together. While Betty White appears to be smiling with ease at the camera in the photo, PSY’s nervousness over meeting the American star seem apparent in his unrelaxed facial features. 

Betty White is a famous veteran actress and comedian who is the recent recipient of the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series Award for “Hot in Cleveland” from the Screen Actors Guild. Back in 2010, she was also the recipient of an Emmy award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series for her participation in Saturday Night Live. She is also recognized in Korea for her roles in romantic comedies and various animated films.  

Netizens who saw the tweet commented with, “Wow, to think that PSY has even met the likes of Betty White!”, “PSY has truly become an internationally renown star.   Betty White herself seems amazing for making even international stars feel nervous around her!”,”Wow, to think that even Betty White knows who PSY is! He can definitely start calling himself an international star now”, “Look at how nervous PSY appears with his tightly drawn facial features!”, “Stiff-lipped PSY! Next to Betty White he’s frozen stiff!”

In other news, PSY recently gave a stage performance on October 16 as a special guest on Australia’s television reality music competition show, “The X-Factor Australia.” He is also in the United States preparing his activities there. On December 3, PSY will be performing with the likes of Justin Bieber, Flo-rida, Carly Rae Jepsen, Pitbull and Ke$ha  at the KIIS-FM Jingle Ball event.
