Jay Park Gets Sued by Overseas Concert Organizers

It has been reported that Jay Park has been sued by overseas concert organizers for going against a contract.

Jay Park’s agency Sidus HQ spoke with “Asia Kyung Jae” on October 26 and said, “We haven’t received the exact information on this situation yet” and “The people in charge are currently on an overseas business trip so it’s difficult to figure out what’s going on. We will release an official statement soon to inform the public.”

The concert organizers, Red & Blue Entertainment filed a lawsuit against Jay Park and his agency for 110 million won (about $110,000 USD) for damages. They are accusing Jay Park’s side for not following the contract.

Red & Blue Entertainment is asking for compensation for the concert PR fees and for having to refund the tickets. It is reported that Red & Blue may be increasing the lawsuit amount after a more thorough calculation of the damages.
