Super Junior’s Leeteuk Leaves for His Military Service
Since early morning, hundreds of foreign and domestic fans gathered at the Gyeonggido Euijeongbu 306 training center to send off Super Junior’s Leeteuk. The singer, along with his fellow Super Junior members, arrived at the facility near 2PM and proudly showed off his freshly buzzed hair as he said his final goodbyes.
Leeteuk will take part in basic training for five week and then serve the remaining 21 months as an active duty soldier. He will be discharged in 2014. He is the third member of Super Junior to fulfill the mandatory military enlistment, following in the footsteps of Kangin and Heechul.
In the last few days, Leeteuk has been busy wrapping up his activities, attending his final recordings and preparing for his enlistment.
In related news, Mighty Mouth’s Sangchu and actor Ryu Sang Wook also enlisted today.
