MBLAQ's Lee Joon Cast in New Movie "An Actor Is an Actor"

It’s been reported that MBLAQ’s Lee Joon will make his comeback to the big screen through new movie “An actor Is an Actor.” According to industry insiders, the singer has recently been cast in the movie as its male lead.

“An Actor Is an Actor” will tell the chronicle the life of an actor and his demise after he quickly and unexpectedly shot up to fame.  The movie will be produced by famed director Kim Ki Duk and directed by Shin Yeon Shik.

Meanwhile, Lee Joon is no stranger to acting, having starred in Hollywood production “Ninja Assassin” in 2009 as Rain’s (Jung Ji Hoon) younger counterpart. Earlier this year, he has also been cast in upcoming drama “IRIS 2,” with fellow acting idols KARA’s Jiyoung and BEAST’s Doojoon. ‘IRIS 2” began filming in October and is planning to premiere sometime in the first half of 2013.
