Baek Ji Young To Comeback With Ballad Song Next Month

Crowned as Korea’s latest “Ballad Queen,” Baek Ji Young has announced that she’s making a comeback in January again as a ballad singer. This news is drawing much attention from the public because of her previous mega hits within the ballad and OST realm.

Baek Ji Young’s latest promotional song was “Good Boy,” which was a dance track. She revealed, “I didn’t want to hear the fans say, ‘A ballad again?’ so I decided to release a dance number.” For those who are newer to the K-Pop fandom, she was previously known for her dance songs like “Dash” and “Burden” as well as the viral “My Ear’s Candy” featuring 2PM’s Taecyeon.

An official from Baek Ji Young’s company commented, “Baek Ji Young is currently hard at work recording the songs for the upcoming album, which will be released in January. The title track will be a ballad. We ask that the fans anticipate it.”
