So Ji Sub to Release Another Hip Hop Album in January 2013

A representative from So Ji Sub‘s agency confirmed on December 12, “So Ji Sub has started working on a new album. He’s still at the beginning of the production process. He hasn’t even recorded a song yet. This is going to be another hip hop album.” This representative added, “So Ji Sub is aiming to release this album in January 2013, but he does not have a set deadline. He’s diligently working on this.”

Previously, So Ji Sub released a project single under the name of “G” in 2008 and participated in the soundtracks of the drama that he starred in. He has been active as a hip hop artist since then. He released a hip hop single “Pick Up Line” in 2011 and mini album “Seat of the Northern Crown” in last March. 

So Ji Sub has been vocal about his love and passion for hip hop music. Previously in May, he commented, “Hip hop must go on. No matter what other people say about me or my music, I am going to release another album soon,” during his interview with SBS “One Night of TV Entertainment.”
