2PM’s Jun.K Contributes “Sunshine” for Movie “My Little Hero” OST

2PM‘s Jun.K puts his musical talent to more use by participating in the OST to Kim Rae Won‘s new movie “My Little Hero.” According to reports in local news agencies, Jun.K not only lends his vocals, but also participated in the production of the song titled “Sunshine,” from the movie’s official soundtrack.

In “My Little Hero,” Kim Rae Won plays a third-rate musical director who wants to advance in his career. He gets involved in a large-scale audition for the lead role by mentoring a child. Jun.K’s song, “Sunshine” enhances the inspirational and warm mood of the movie.

“I hope to engage the audience with the story of the film,” Jun.K is quoted as saying. “I have great passion for music and musicals. Working on ‘Sunshine’ reminded me of my trainee days, when I tried my best to receive all the lessons on the way to fulfilling my dream of becoming a singer.” 

“My Little Hero” is the first film to open in Korean cinemas in 2013.
