Joo Won Caught Gazing into Choi Kang Hee's Eyes

A still cut of one scene from MBC’s new mini-series drama “7th Grade Civil Servant” reveals with Choi Kang Hee and Joo Won dancing together.

In the scene, Choi Kang Hee plays a character named Seo Won, who just joined the National Intelligence Service (NIS).  As part of the training program with NIS, she takes dance lessons with Gil Ro (Joo Won). The dance scene was filmed at a training center in Gyeongsangnam-Do, and resembled an actual banquet hall rather than a drama set.  The crew used three cameras and over 30 extras.  Everyone on set was in a festive mood as the shooting took place on Christmas.

The highlight of the day was when the couple was filmed gazing into each others eyes during the dance scene.  All the film crew’s hearts fluttered while watching Joo Won staring into Choi Kang Hee with his blazing eyes.  Off camera, Choi Kang Hee’s and Joo Won’s close bond was witnessed when Joo Won went out of his way to pick up a button that had fallen off of Choi Kang Hee’s dress.

“7th Grade Civil Servant” will premiere in January after the last episode of “I Miss You.”
