HyunA Becomes First K-Pop Star to Be Featured on Cover of British Magazine

4Minute‘s HyunA was recently selected as the cover girl for the British magazine “Pop.” She is the first K-Pop star to be granted this international feature.

British magazine “Pop” collaborated with the singer and revealed the photos on February 28. 

“Pop” has also been known to feature internationally renown celebrities in the past such as Madonna, Britney Spears, Kate Moss, Victoria Beckham and Jennifer Lopez. 

For her cover shoot, HyunA looked sexy, chic and adorable with her heart choker necklace, leopard printed shirt and stylish waves.  

“Pop” editor-in-chief Ashley Heath revealed why she picked HyunA is their cover girl saying, “It was through ‘Gangnam Style‘ when we first noticed her, as westerners became familiarized with K-Pop through HyunA, as an icon of her genre. HyunA is stylish and represents the spirit and energy of her generation.”
