Ulala Session to Donate to Causes Like Late Im Yoon Taek Wanted
Ulala Session is donating to various cancer charities as their late member Im Yoon Taek wanted. According to reports in local news agencies, part of the band’s earnings from regular activities will be set aside for the benefit of cancer patients.
In a statement, Ulala Session’s agency Woollahra Company said, “There has been forward planning on creating an event for Ulala Session to donate its proceeds for cancer patients once a month. This is Ulala Session’s initiative and is not associated with any group activity donations.”
Additionally, Woollahra Company does not yet have any specific plans, but disclosed that Ulala Session members are already involved in soliciting sponsors’ donations.
“The group is looking to help the elderly, adults and children, those that are sick and disadvantaged. They want to help everybody as possible but they will make more concrete plans when there are more sponsors confirmed,” the agency said.
Ulala Session is in full swing of preparations for a new album set to release in May, the first after Im Yoon Taek passed away from cancer in February.
