Three Reasons You Must Watch "Gu Family Book"

 Today is the day that many miss A Suzy and Lee Seung Gi fans have been waiting for. April 8 has finally arrived and today will be the first broadcast of “Gu Family Book” at 9:55pm. (KST) The story revolves around Lee Seung Gi’s character “Gang Chi” who is a half-man, half-beast. (He is the subhuman son of the guardian of Jiri Mountain) Gang Chi is trying to find a way to become completely human. 

There are three reasons why you have to watch the show! The first one is the combined creative forces behind the show. This show has Kang Eun Kyung as its writer and Shin Woo Chul as its executive producer. Kang Eun Kyung was the writer for shows such as “Bread, Love and Dreams.” Shin Woo Chul was the PD for hit dramas like “Secret Garden” and “A Gentleman’s Dignity.”

The second reason is obvious and it is the chemistry between Lee Seung Gi and Suzy. The third reason is the other members of the cast. Lee Sung Jae, Jo Sung Ha, Jung Hye Young, Yoo Yeon Seok, and Lee Yoo Bi are all actors that have showed their acting prowess in other dramas.

The PD Park Tae Young who is the head of production for the drama stated, “The actors and staff are working hard and passionately. As much as the effort put into the drama, I firmly believe that this drama will satisfy viewers.”
