2PM's New Japanese Single Top Charts

2PM swept the charts for their sixth Japanese single “Give Me Love.”

Despite just releasing their album,”Give Me Love,” late last month, the group’s popularity is seen in Japan as they topped the charts this week with being first on the Tower Record charts and second in the Oricon charts.

The new single a shows classic 2PM’s style in a fast paced, powerful dance song. The single was already receiving a lot of play because it was the theme song for a popular Japanese drama from the TBS station, “Take Five.”

This album also featured the composition skills of member Jun K. as he wrote the song, “Falling In Love.”When the ringtone for this song came out, it quickly became the number one downloaded ringtone in Japan.

2PM sent messages to their fans by thanking them for all the love for their new album. They promised to work harder and bring them better performances.

Meanwhile in Korea, 2PM is promoting their third album, “Grown.” The group is currently busy traveling back and forth from Japan to Korea to promote their albums simultaneously.
