Suzy Nominated for "Drama Star" Award Three Years Straight

Actress Suzy has been garnering attention for the “20’s Choice” award. She has been nominated for this award for three years in a row, according to TV Daily.

Suzy first appeared with miss A on Mnet’s “20’s Choice” in 2010, and won the Hot New Star award in 2011. In 2012, she won the “20’s Movie Star” award for her performance in the movie “Introduction to Architecture.” That same year, she was named a candidate for the “20’s Drama Star” award for her acting in the MBC drama “Gu Family Book.”

On an online poll for the “20’s Drama Star” award, Suzy has surpassed some of her more experienced senior actors, leading the poll with a total of about 40% of the votes. Other candidates include Song Hye Gyo from SBS drama “That Winter, The Wind Blows,” Lee Bo Young from SBS drama “I Hear Your Voice,” Soo Ae from SBS drama “Yawang,” and Kim Hae Soo from KBS2 “God of the Workplace.”

The annual 20’s Summer Festival will open at the Kintex Center in Ilsan on July 18.
