The scene was shot in front of a local high school in Paju. The cameras started rolling at 11PM, and filming continued until five in the morning! To film this dark and rainy scene, Gong Hyo Jin had to stand outside for six hours while a giant sprinkler rained down on her. Despite the tough schedule, Gong Hyo Jin showed smooth acting with minimal mistakes, amazing the staff.

In addition, the filming site was a beaten old road that did not have many places to rest, and bathroom breaks were difficult to come by. The light from the streetlamps even attracted mosquitoes, but even with the uncomfortable conditions, Gong Hyo Jin showed professionalism and remained cheery.

A staff member said, “Gong Hyo Jin knows how to maximize her talents, and she’s a very bright actress. Even when she’s playing a wicked role, she knows how to expose some of her lovable personality. She finds a way to mix the two to create this character.”
