Kim Woo Bin Becomes New MC for "M! Countdown"

Following on from the successful completion of “School 2013,” Actor Kim Woo Bin is looking to expand his field of activities on TV with reports confirming that he has recently been picked to be the new MC for Mnet’s “M! Countdown.”

On August 12, the production team for “M! Countdown” confirmed, “Kim Woo Bin will be joining us as an MC starting from August 15.” The team has explained that they picked Kim Woo Bin because he has “Clearly been doing a great job in the field of acting and because he has the qualities that a MC should have, which is a solid voice and  the ability to MC neat and properly.” The team also explained that “He is widely recognized overseas as well thanks to his popularity in dramas. Thus, he’s perfect for the MC role for the global music chart show ‘M! Countdown.'”

This wouldn’t be Kim Woo Bin’s first time on the “M! Countdown” stage. He was previously a special MC for the show in April. Meanwhile, Kim Woo Bin has also been busy filming for the movie “Friends 2“ and getting ready to make his return to the small screen with SBS drama “Heirs“
